Then our data expert crunches the responses to find the themes that tell you how your folks really feel. We use this ‘gold’ to tailor workshops and/or coaching to fit your organisation like a glove.

We have delivered our workshops to thousands of people across NZ. We specialise in workshops on Civility, Respect & Inclusion, Conflict Management and Mindset – all ready to be tailored to your vision.  Ranging from two hours to two days, workshops can be held on or off site – all we need is space, time and maybe a whiteboard or two.

I would just like to provide some feedback on today’s Respect & Inclusion Course. I have attended multiple similar courses over the years with many different employers, including public and private sector, I have never attended a course on this subject as effective as today’s course. Cat Valentine’s delivery was perfect. So much so, I travelled there with a very open mind, but I know not all of my colleagues did. Talking with colleagues after, everyone was very impressed and really felt like they took something positive away from the day.
